I’m finally listening to my own advice and going off to ‘fill my own cup’ for two weeks… two weeks of self- care, two weeks offline; I haven’t allowed myself to do this since my awakening six years ago – it makes me feel wobbly; who am I beyond this work? It’s time to find out…
